UNDERSTANDING THE OFFER
How do I claim my free food reward?
  • Go to the VIP section of the My Sky app and find the promotion in the Rewards on Repeat category.
  • When claiming the offer in the My Sky App, you’ll be directed to register your details on the offers page (www.skyvip.ie) and claim your coupon from this website.
  • If eligible, you will be sent an email with the details of your offer and your digital coupon to claim your free food reward at participating SuperValu stores.
  • Our food rewards are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to limited availability each week.
There are no food rewards showing, have they all gone?
  • There are a limited number of food rewards available, so it’s likely that these have all been redeemed. Please check back every week for more tasty rewards
How many times can I claim the free food reward?
  • You are able to apply for one digital coupon per promotion.
  • A new promotion will run every week.
What can I redeem with my coupon?
  • Each promotion will offer a food reward which will be clearly stated on your coupon.
  • Refer to the information on the ‘offer info’ page (www.skyvip.ie) to see exactly which product variants are eligible in each promotion.
How long is the digital coupon valid for?
  • Your coupon is valid for 7 days from the date the promotion goes live - this will be clearly displayed on the coupon itself.
HOW TO CLAIM AND REDEEM
How do I redeem the free food reward?
  • If you have successfully claimed a reward, you will be sent an email with the details of your offer and your digital coupon to redeem at SuperValu stores.
  • Code can be redeemed in SuperValu stores in the Republic of Ireland only.
  • Code must be presented before purchasing items at the till.
  • One code allowed per transaction.
  • Each code can only be used once and will become invalid after use.
  • Once scanned successfully, your item will be redeemed at no extra cost — as a thank you from Sky.
OTHER ISSUES
The food item wasn’t in stock at my local SuperValu store, what do I do?
  • Availability of food items are managed by SuperValu, and all items are subject to stock at participating stores. Participating stores may run out of stock, and we cannot guarantee availability.
  • Should your local SuperValu store not have the item in stock on one day, you may try another SuperValu nearby (if convenient), as availability may vary by location.
  • You may choose to try again on a different day within the promotion window, if your coupon has not already been redeemed.
My coupon isn’t working, what do I do?
  • There may be a number of reasons why your coupon isn’t working. Check the following steps:
  • Ensure that you are in a SuperValu store.
  • Ensure that the coupon has not expired or has not already been redeemed.
