Terms and Conditions
1. This reward is only available to Sky customers
residing in the Republic of Ireland aged 18+, who
have successfully joined the Sky VIP Programme,
including employees of Sky Ireland Ltd and
associated companies. My Sky app is needed to
participate in this promotion.
2. This reward entitles customers to apply for
one digital coupon per promotion that can be
exchanged for one complimentary food reward
from a participating SuperValu store, per
household (your household is the billing address
for your Sky account).
3. Eligible customers must register at www.skyvip.
ie where the digital coupons will be issued.
Coupons must be redeemed within 7 days (the
‘redemption window’) – this expiry date will
be clearly displayed on the coupon. Coupons
are redeemable at participating SuperValu
stores and are subject to the availability of
eligible products at those locations. Check local
SuperValu opening times before redeeming.
4. Coupons are allocated weekly on a first-come,
first-serve basis and volumes are subject to
availability. Customers can apply for a food
reward coupon as soon as the promotion goes
live in the My Sky app on a Wednesday. The
promotion will remain live until 11:59pm the
following Tuesday or until all coupons have been
claimed for that week (whichever comes first).
The Promoter accepts no liability if customers
are unsuccessful in applying for a coupon where
the demand exceeds the number of available
coupons.
5. Customers have until SuperValu close
on the following Monday to redeem their
complimentary food item in store. Check local
SuperValu opening times before redeeming.
6. Redemption instructions: Only the original
digital coupon can be used to redeem the
food reward described in the promotion, at all
participating SuperValu stores in the Republic of
Ireland. Once redeemed, the digital coupon will
be valid for 7 days.
7. The promotion is valid at SuperValu stores in the
Republic of Ireland only.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with
any other offer, free trial, or promotion through
SuperValu or any other third-party provider.
9. When redeeming in a SuperValu store, your
coupon code must be presented before
purchasing items to a staff member at the till, it
cannot be used at a self-service checkout. Each
code can only be used once per transaction and
will become invalid after use. The codes remain
the property of the food brand and SuperValu
and are not for resale or publication.
10. This offer cannot be resold, returned,
transferred or exchanged for cash.
11. The terms and conditions of any other supplier
will also apply to the offer (if this applies). If
there is any difference between their terms and
conditions and these terms and conditions,
these will take priority.
12. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising
out of or in connection with it, shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with Irish
law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of
Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle
any dispute or claim that arises out of or in
connection with this promotion.
13. Sky VIP Everyday Savings offers are ongoing
and separate from the weekly Tasty Treats
promotions. Each Everyday Savings offer is
subject to its own specific terms and conditions,
including validity periods and redemption
instructions, which will be clearly stated on
the relevant offer. Customers should refer to
the individual offer details for full terms and
conditions before redeeming.
